Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, lashes can only be returned if unopened and sealed in the original packaging. Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to return unwanted items. Luvi are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Prior to making returns please contact us by email at hello@luvilashes.co.uk providing details for the reason of return and your order number and we will assist you through the returns process.

Please note we are currently unable to offer free returns and returns costs are to be covered by the customer.
